What is up with the rebate? Is it just propane and gas or diesel also? Is it going to be 80% of the total fuel we purchase bulk or 80% after we subtract some fuel for personal use?
The annual farm rebate for retail gasoline purchases is eliminated retroactive to January 1/2004. Effective April 7/2004, the current Fuel Tax exemption on farm gasoline and propane will change to 80 percent of all bulk purchases.
