    Forage moisture testers

    I want to buy a hay moisture tester. I have looked at a couple of on the go testers for round balers any suggestions

    The Prairie Agricultural Machinery Institute (PAMI) has done some tests on hay moisture testers, including one built-in tester for balers. However, this was for a square baler, and I am not sure it would work for a round baler. I would encourage you to contact the PAMI station in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, where these tests were done, and I am sure they will be able to provide you with some more information.
