    grain bags

Took a drive this weekend from Moose Jaw to Eastend and back. Only saw one grain bag still in the field. Lots and lots of new big bins going up. Have grain bags had their day?

I want to correct my last observation.. Yesterday drove from Watrous to Humboldt to Watson, Melfort, P.A. Saskatoon and back to Watrous. An amazing number of grain bags still in the field. Can't be all good. Many with leaks along the sides.

I have had feed mill and ethanol plant mention there is lots of wheat in the area but farmers cannot get to it because it is in the bags. I don't use them and maybe all is not good in them but I believe they have also saved a lot of grain also. Ideally they would have been cleaned up by now.

Lets see you took a trip from Watrous and back and then you took a trip from Moosejaw and back to moosejaw. Do you know where you live?

I guess I should have said, "Took a trip from home to Moose Jaw then Eastend and back" for the first trip and "From home to Watrous, then Humboldt etc." for the second trip. I didn't think I needed to mention every little town and hamlet in between.
