My friends have owned a New Holland tractor for two years. It recently developed a bad problem with the transmission and is out of action.
They are having a really hard time finding anyone to talk to higher than an call centre worker. they are not happy with the level of customer service and would like to talk with someone more senior but it just doesn't seem to be an option. All they are told is that they cannot speak with anyone else and that their name will be past onto the area rep and they must wait to hear from him. If he feels like calling them. does anyone know how to reach a higher level of customer service within New Holland. they live in Ontario, Canada. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
