Does anyone use a Flexicoil or equivalent tow between tank. Possibly a 7500 model. Looking for good or bad info about tow between. Need to know if you can fill with a semi if you turn real sharp, with a 60 or 70' model. Thinking of buying new CaseIH ATX 700 or CNH SD550.

We use a 2340 tank with a 40' drill, and have no problem. With that width, I don't know though. I'd never go back to a tow behind, but I would suggest mounting a camera on the back of the tank. It's nice to spot plugs, or approaching vehicles when in road transport.

I use a 2320-tow behind tank with 39 ft flexicoil. I can't imagine going to tow between, you have more weight on tractor which creates more wheel tracks, and you can't see your drill or if there is any spout problems. Go with tow behind.

To late I bought a tow between. I will be pulling it with a quad track so compaction with the tractor is not an issue. I was having problems with my toe behind with the caster wheels compacting to much and canola germ issues. That is one reason I went to the toe between. I also decided to go with the new fold back style '70 and thought it would be way to far back turning some tight corners. I also feel and heard when a tank is that far back with so long of hoses it can plug sometimes when turning at end of field. I realize I have compromized what I can see but I have good large mirrors on my quad track that I will use to see behing tank, I hope!
Thanks for the input.

A neighbour here has one and liked it in the dry years, but hates it these last 3 years since it started getting wet. The problem with them is that it is a disaster if you get stuck bad, you cant unhook like you can with a tow behind. When we get suck we can usually just unhook the drill and pull the unit out with a tow rope. Our neighbour now has a 2nd big tractor just for getting stuck as he can't unhook. Just my 2 cents.

He said he had a quad trak, having a 2nd tractor when you get stuck shouldn't be a big issue.
Buy the camera, Kent, it's worth it.

Our camera is a Voyager. Checked their website and didn't see our model anymore, but here's the website.

We bought ours from Vanee Farm Center in Lethbridge a few years back.
