is this a good tractor?

My neighbours have each one in that series.
Cummins engine, they are satisfied with the fuel
usage. One neighbour has 7000 hours on it, he
has been through a set of tires , and twice
changed the flex pipe at the muffler because it
burns out over time. Otherwise mechanically, he
has never touched it.
That series had lower hydraulic capacity. They
upgraded that with the 9682 series.
