technotill packers - any one used them?

I am thinking of updating my airseeder that has gang packers on the back and either trying the technotill or looking at a used airdrill. The web site www.technotill.com looks like the packer is ideal for me 80 lbs pack, controlled dirt depth on top of the seed, etc.

However, most things that appear to be too good to be true, usually are. Please help with any info you may have from using them yourself, to your neighbor has them, to the coffee shop gossip.
