National food security is a priority in the national agenda and activation in many countries, especially in agricultural developing regions. In this era, food security is a global issue as well as a common concern of all humanity when the effects of climate change and environment pollution are critical problems.
Vietnam government has promptly performed practical measures which are reflected in many long-term policies, especially in re-structuring the agricultural sector, promoting agricultural mechanization, new rural construction associated with the development of agricultural industry, providing financial support in upgrading machinery and equipment procurement in order to contribute to a stable, sustained growth in production. Besides, green-house technology and hygiene, safe, enviromental products at international standard are also emphasized.
For these reasons, Vietnam Ministry of Industry & Trade and Ministry of Agriculture & Rural Development host Vietnam Growtech 2017 - The International Exhibition on Machineries and Technologies of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery, which is a great chance for domestic and global organizations as well as individuals to directly access to new technologies, introduce and display the products.
This exhibition will be held from the 4th - 6th October 2017 at the Hanoi International Exhibition Center (I.C.E), 91 Tran Hung Dao St., Hoan Kiem Dist., Hanoi, Vietnam.
Growtech 2017 will attract about 12,000 visitors and more than 300 exhibitors with various machineries, equipments, tools, technologies and products of agriculture, forestry and fishery including: precision agriculture, agricultural construction facilities, planting and plant breeding, chemicals and fertilizers, animal husbandry, renewable and alternative energy, aquaculture, forestry and water management, agricultural machines and technologies, etc.
