I'm not against new technology but this Pinpoint, Hawkeye, Aim Command, Capstan.... all expensive options, lots of electronics, wires and solenoids. Maybe the basic High Clearance Sprayer has been "perfected" now it's time to add the junk. Nothing worse than sitting on the edge of the field ****ing with "technology" when you could be out there getting the job done "the old way".

****, even hard to keep up to the "new and better monitors and programs" on all the equipment. Probably not even as powerful as your laptop and paying for proprietary software. License to steal!

Getting uniform application with no overlap is good tech. The solenoids are reliable just need to keep the wiring secure.

Biglentil....I guess I'll have to slum it with 5 twenty foot sections of sectional control. No hair splitting technology here.

The hairsplitting technology is neat though....with variable rate application across the boom on corners and around obstacles when not on the straight away.

Its all a math and formula program with a computer controlling the mechanics making it possible.....but maybe fj's math is superior!

2009 only used in 2012, Paid $24000, only 4000 acres on it. Added Deere controller with 6 sections for $2300 and Activation for $3800
