I am not quite sure what you are looking for. Are you looking for possible sources of diesel engines and transmissions, or possible sources of information on how to do the repower job?
Two problems you face. What ever tranny you put in, it will have a 1.00 ratio in high gear. Same as the one you have now. But the diesel will only rev at 2/3 the speed of the gas, so the rear end ratio will be too low and you will be too slow. Second, if the rear end is original factory with the gas engine, it won't take the torque of a 350 hp diesel.
