    flexicoil 67 wheel boom

I just ordered a new sprayer 80 foot with auto rate and windscreens.
How well do any owners like these sprayers?

Flexicoil has some nice discounts if ordered in the fall.

With the new air induction style spray tips I'm not certain they wouldn't be the easiest way to control spray drift to a acceptable level. But from 7-8 years of using flexi-coil wind screens I know you can spray in high winds and get good results. (30 mph)The biggest draw back we seen to wind screens is clean up of them, rotating between sensative crops(never have damaged any crop) We have a gas powered 2000psi pressure washer plumbed into our water nurse tank as we find it easier and faster than sprayer equipped rinse wand.

i have sprayed 60 plus thousand acres with our 67 XLT and 100 plus thousand with our previous 65 XLT

Both have been good sprayers. The windsreen cleanup is a consideration for sure along with the weight of the windscreen placing extra wear on the booms.( the System 67 will spray comfortably at speeds up to 10 mph ingood conditions)
This year i switched to air induction style nozzles mid year. Still undecided

We have used bubblejet nozzles for the last 3yrs and love them. We bought a New Holland 110 (same thing as 67XL) and did not even order windscreens. We found it too hard to spot plugged nozzles. We spray in winds speeds up to 25km/hr.
