    STS vs. Walker

    Just wondering which has better grain separation, and how different it is to bale round bales behind a STS combine

    All depends on the operator, crop conditions, and settings.

    But for baling, nothing beats a JD conventional.

    But we better learn to get along with STSs, because the walkers days are numbered. All new walker machines will soon be coming from Germany. Western Canada is the only strong-hold left for new walker sales in North America.
