Claas Xerion Tractors a must in Canada

Claas has come out with a new tractor line up. It includes a tractor called the xerion. It can do just about anything! It's cab can be moved from the front of the tractor to the middle or to the back for different purposes. It has 335hp and can have a wagon attached to the back to haul silage or grain with a 50km/hr. It is a very multipurpose tractor and would get the most out of the money you put into it.

These tractors must become available in Canada as soon as possible. So get talking and asking about them!

The Xerion is offered in 3 differant models:
    1. The 3300 (tractor only). the cab is permenently mounted in the center
    2. The 3300 System. The cab can be rotated into two different positions: centrally as a farm tractor and centrally at the rear as a self-propelled system vehicle.
    3. The 3300 Transport. On this model the cab is positioned at the front of the vehicle above the engine. This is for rear mounting and semi-trailed options for large trailers such as grain trailers and slurry tanks.

If the company thought that they would have a market here for them they would probably be here. Who knows they are still quite new on the scene in Europe. Give it some time.

Xerion has been around in Europe for quite some time. I asked Claas at a farm show and they have no plans of bringing this tractor to North America. There are other examples of this type of tool carrier concept tractor in Europe and I agree that I think there is a market for this type of equipment. In grain farming we have long since moved away from the need for a tractor to do numerous tillage operations.
