Behlen Batch Dryer

Hi I am a farmer in Southern Ontario. I purchased a Behlen Automatic Batch Dryer ( Behlen HA260) at an auction this past year. I was unable to use the dryer because it did not meet Canadian standards. I was wondering if anyone has run into this problem and if they would have any approved drawings for this dryer to bring it up to Canadian specifications or any information on what I need to do to get my dryer up and running. I also need to know what controls are necessary to meet the standards. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Farmer at a standstill.
