Flexi-Coil # 820 Cultivator

Does anyone have or had a # 820 Flexi-Coil cultivator with 12" spacing and had a problem with uniform depth for seeding???
We had a serious problem, and it took various trips to our farm by both the Flexi-Coil people and the dealer to finally have it fairly descent. Talking to other producers, they to had or still have the same problem. Flexi-Coil's answer to the problem seems to be "either go read your manual, or you as a farmer are responsible to level it, even though the factory and dealer are unable.

I just talked to a farmer yesterday who had a 820 flexi coil cult. that was leaving his fields rough after seeding . He told me he had to level each shank using a special level. He said it took alot of time but it worked very well.

Rough is not the big problem. It is the inability for both the manufacturer and dealer to be able to level the complete machine for uniform depth seeding "into already deep banded" soil. Also the attitude of them not feeling responsible for the after sale of a product that does not perform as advertised which is "uniform depth and "single point" depth adjustment.
