    JD 9350

    Has anyone used the JD 9350 for direct seeding. If so how did it work and what did you do

    I'm not sure, but I get the feeling from the messages you are posting that you do not like the CWB. Please clarrify your position.

    I aggree with you the CWB has messed up on barley (feed) but I'm not sure about malt because this market is not transparent enough to see what kind of work they do.

      Rain,

      I am for a CWB that is accountable and responsible to we farmers who use its services!

      As the CWB works today, it is responsible to the federal government, and responsible to assure supplies of wheat and barley are avaliable to the Canadian market interprovincially first, and if some is left over then to the international markets.

      The CWB may swear up and down that this is NOT their mandate, however in the CWB legislation there is not mention of "maximization of designated area grain producers returns", and the Canadian courts have ruled there in no duty of care to we "designated area" grain producers.

      The fact is that the federal government is totally responsible for the CWB's business plan, budget, and financeing.

      Although the Government seldom puts "Orders in Council" to restrict CWB specific activity, they have no need to as they control all financial transactions anyway.

      He who holds your money, in the world of grain marketing, calls the shots.

      I therefore need the CWB to be accountable to us, and would suggest that the CWB will not survive if changes to make it accountable do we "designated area" grain producers!

      The question that must be asked is;

      Is Ralphie G intentionally and deliberately trying to destroy the CWB?

      Goodale could have fixed the barley problem years ago but refused, why?

      I only need the CWB to be truly accountable, with the only practical solution being competion to disipline the CWB into serving our needs instead of their own.

      Now does this allow me to be for the CWB?
