        Profarmer,

        May SECOND... Especially!

Waiting for 16 years... It is actually great that they get to lie like a sidewalk and squalk for another year... 10 days... nine hours...and thirty-six minutes!

Good to know I'm not the only one counting down.

The peas are roughly waist high (I'm 6'2").

The soybeans are knee high, kinda hides the knife LOL.

My wheat is 12" high and has heads.... about 10 spikelets/head, so not awesome by any means but OK.

The oats we sprayed with roundup and worked under.... just never "caught" a stand.

              Klause,

Good to see that your garden has good spots that keep that fire alive!

All the best... and we pray the hail stones will stay away!

Good Job Klause! It will be really interesting to know how the beans turn out. how many acres of beans did you put in? What kind of soil?

Yep, coulda, woulda, shoulda seeded the whole Ranch to Beans. Just like I shoulda seeded er' all to Winter Wheat last Fall. Turning fast, should be thrashing this weekend coming up with NO desiccation, avg. 125 to thee acre my guess. Always Pays to Chase The Markets & Weather...........
