what's up with edible greens?
Price has shot up $1.50/bu in six weeks.
My guess is that there is not much good quality around. Is $9.00 possible do you think?
Ours ran 45, all great quality, but we were done combining them first week of august. I hate to give them away (AGAIN).

What was the percentage of yellows versus green's this year? Quality?

Can the world maintain $7/bu pea prices and at the same time have $9/wheat? I know peas (yellows) can be ground into flour/used in noodles.

Good point on the noodles; I was wondering what the Aussies did... that could well be where Faba's are used as well.

I see AU price Lentil @ $710/tAU
Pea @ $375/tAU
Faba @ $470/tAU

This gives a good arbitage indication of where the true market is at...!

I see the AU market place is having big problems comming up with a durum offer!
