Don't say where you are from so I will assume Alberta. Alberta pulse growers have a buyer listing.

Statpublishing also has a list of the buyers they contact for prices.

I will seek other comments on what is available in other provinces.
A couple of comments.
1) Chick pea prices have been fairly flat during the fall. A hard lesson learned over past two years is don't short the market (forward sell in hopes of having product in the fall only to have a production disaster). Short crop in Australia (mainly desis in this case) and the poor crop here is adding some life but there are enough supplies available from other alternatives.
2) The next fundamental to watch will be Inian and their rabi crop (harvested Feb./Mar.). More pulse acres this year but less rain in the monsoon season (I think this lines up with our fall) makes this years crop dependent on timely rains (driest season of the year there).
3) Not to be a scare monger but know who you are doing business with in pulse crops. Walking out the door with a cheque you can deposit is worth every bit as much as a promise of a big price. Likely to be some more bankruptcies over the winter.
Others thoughts.
