    CWB Appeals March Court Decision

They have decided to appeal the court decision that allows the farmers' trial to proceed.

So here we are with the CWB going to court to try and force ONLY Prairie farmers pay ALL national licensing costs.

Yup. The CWB has decided to use farmers' money to fight the very farmers that want to put more money in the pooling accounts for fellow farmers.

    Go figure.

If they only spend about 3000 a year to administer why are they spending so much on lawyers.
Why don't they send a bill to Ottawa for all the money they spent in legal cost for the US antidumping suite... I think it was around 10 million...hmmm I wonder if they used liberal lawyers
what does the cwb have to hide..
maybe they are afraid of the conection to the adscam!!!!!!!
When does the auditor General get to see the campaign donations funelled thru FRCC and there lawyers
I understand that Sinc has been in Ottaw over 26 times. I wonder what was in his briefcase.....

      Good point cropduster,

As you say, "If they only spend about 3000 a year to administer", would it be so difficult for Adrian Measner to phone Reg Alcock and say, "The farmers want you to put $3000.00 back into their pooling accounts".

      So what's the problem?
