    Carraway prices

    What do others use for price discovery in carraway, How do I know what stocks/use ratios are or do they apply here. What I have currently been doing is just selling into the spot market. but that has not been working well especially with the CDN $ doing so well any help would be appreciated

    There are no supply and demand estimates that you can use for caraway or any of the spices or herbs. The crops are simply too small for anyone to accurately follow. Traders just make up something.

    I would approach it with the assumption all that is grown is used, but that the amount grown can rise and fall from one year to the next.
