I've got a buddy who recently bought ten quarters near Prince Albert in Sask. It has two houses,corrals,cattle sheds, machine shop, calving barn, is all fenced, lots of water. He says it is cow heaven. He has sold the two quarters he had here for $850,000 to a Dutch farmer. He paid $500,000 for the Sask. place. Five times as much land and $350,000 in his pocket! Sounds like a good deal!
