Why is it that the weather forcasters can be so accurate in the winter but not in the summer? When they say it will snow you can count on it, but rain is another matter!
60% chance of rain usually means a few drops in a 50 mph wind! 30% chance means about as much of a chance as an NDP politician in Alberta!
But if they say a slight chance of snow you can count on a two day blizzard! Or if they say down to -30 the only error is usually that the actual temp is -35!
