An article in the Central Alberta Life paper says over the last decade Alberta has sent the feds $7 billion in road tax! Alberta recieved back $72 million from the federal government! I mean come on, that only works out to 1%! The road tax is supposed to be used to maintain the infrastructure. Now where did that money go? Is this a fair deal? And people wonder why we should separate? One small example of the screwing we get every day from our federal government!

Where is your patriotic spirit, cowman. You aren't supposed to be even smart enough to add that up. It shows the utter contempt which the federal government views us aboriginies out west in the colonies. The republic of Western Canada does have some merit alright!!!!!!!
