So it was just Friday that the government was swearing up and down that their plan was moving right along. Still on track to meet their target of September to get most Canadians vaccinated.

In fact not too long ago the PM was saying we have the best suite of Vaccines in the world.

They had enough vaccines ordered to vaccinate everyone with double doses 4 times. The highest per capita in the world.

Well now we hear they have as recent as two weeks ago they put in an order for 52 million doses from another manufacturer.

Clearly they believe the BS they have been telling everyone for weeks and do have complete confidence on their execution of their plan. (sarcasm)

I have to admit this is tough to figure out. If Canada had enough Pfizer and Moderna vaccines to vaccinate those Canadians who want to be vaccinated by September why did the government ink a deal to buy an additional 52 million doses of Covid-19 vaccine? Something isn’t adding up!

Instead of allowing individuals to purchase their vaccines for a fee from private practitioners, the government has decided that the rollout must be centrally planned. Remember, these are the same folks that created "hallway medicine".

It's the medical equivalent of Soviet agriculture.

Expect frequent and inexplicable delays and a series of rolling deadlines.
