I have tried to explain in simple terms to various politicians the importance of agriculture to the Canadian economy.

I have now given up trying to be kind to them. Their collective insults to my intelligence with generic answers or no response just irritates me now.

I stayed off social media because I thought it was just gossip. Now I use it as a tool to insult because they won't respond anyway. Even if a good idea is put forward they ignore it. So ...why bother trying to help those with limited intelligence in politics?

Unfortunately "people" in this case are the ones making laws, and have the power to decide how many cookies to hand you for free.

The only saving grace for agriculture - and thank allah media doesn't even know agriculture exists - they said it was truckers. Even though many of the trucks driving out had grain trailers and xxx Farms on the door.

Ipsco sold out by a local boy to SSAB , who then parted it out to Evraz.

Can't shut it down because it would cost alot of jobs, but it could be nationalized just for fun.

And your constant assumption that there are right and left wing only is crap. Most farmers are business people well balanced in the center.
