Dr. Jonathan Kim, chief of sports cardiology at Emory University School of Medicine and team cardiologist for Atlanta's NFL, NBA and MLB teams, also disputed the claim that such cardiac issues among athletes are increasing.

"One of the key points that all of us in the sports cardiology community are really trying to emphasize is there have been tragic cases of athletes dying before COVID, and after COVID ends there are going to be tragic cases of sudden cardiac death," Kim said.

The "narrative" has to continue,,,

1) for the vaccines coming in the future.

2) to prevent the distrust in government from growing even larger.

3)the need to maintain government mandates, to control the movement of the citizenry.

4) Bribes and kickbacks, like Gerry Diaz received are nice to pad the bank account, who'd want to upset that apple cart. ???

Sigh! I'll never be an athlete. I have this crazy notion of nothing in excess. That's why I slow walk, everything.

It's coming out of flu season again. Missed it eight years in a row without so much as a sniffle, or a seasonal flu shot which from memory they only get the flu vax to variety right two out of five years. Amazing that the wild covid vaccine has a track record (a real athlete) that is effective against so many variants, that have come and gone, in the prevention of severe complications and death. Those are the only two things I look at in risk vs. reward. By the time the third year rolls around on this, I'll happily take the third full dose.
