Is the so called kickback that Diaz received illegal? or is the $50,000 just an expense filed under "advertisement and marketing" for the covid test company? and the money Diaz received would just be considered "taxable income", and he'd have to file the amount on his taxes?

MSM is making this a story about Diaz but the real story is that there was so much gobernment money sloshing around for pandemic support the kickbacks were getting down to minor influencers.

Yep, we know someone that interacts with drug reps(pre Covid that is), lots of goodies always sloshing around. A lot of expenses wrote off as tax deductions from these drug companies. It's just the way they all seem to market their goods.
