well i for one do not support crypto curency , or digital ID , I would hapily go back to deailng in all cash , but that wont happen because gorvenment wants full control , PP still some very good ideas on the economy and giving canadains back their freedom , first choice for me still would be J Bourgault . and you never explained what schwab is on about , do it nice and simple for us farmers that dont believe in the science

Polliviere is an ironic candidate to be promoting bitcoin.
Cryptocurrency being considered as a hedge against the inflationary policies of irresponsible bloated inefficient government. And as protection against tyrannical regimes from seizing your assets such as what happened with the convoy supporters this winter.
So crypto won't be necessary if Polliviere succeeds in forming government, and enacts his promised financial policies and protections of fundamental rights.
Since his proposed policies would make our existing fiat currency safe from inflation, and our assets secure against theft by the government.

Personally, I'm not a fan of cryptocurrency, I don't think it will work out the way the proponents think it will. Governments will find a way to control it. All it would take is flipping an internet switch and you can lose access to all of your cryptocurrency. Apparently they are already using it for tracking transactions. Much easier than cash to follow the money.
And during this recent period of almost unprecedented inflation, cryptocurrency has not even kept up with the value of the dollars it is supposedly going to replace. That doesn't look like a very effective inflation edge when it goes down in value against the dollar which is itself losing value against hard assets.

Having said that, I assume they have done their research, and understand the demographics they are trying to attract, and if this is what it takes and more power to them.
