I believe that climate change is the phenomenon formerly known as global warming. Which according to its believers will cause countries closer to the equator to get so warm that they are no longer suitable for agriculture and increase the arable acres as you get further away from the equator.

So therefore, by Chuck's logic climate change is responsible for the country with the most northerly farmland in the world taking over their southern neighbor(which is about to be a victim of climate change and no longer be able to produce anymore) for their agricultural resources.
You'd think if they subscribed to the climate change theory that it would have been the other way around wouldn't it?
