Fairford Quonset vent

Where would a guy get a couple wirly bird vents for old fairford Quonset? It's a ribbed Quonset do they make something that would work?

Cancel the roof vents, think about it, WET humid air SINKS, we put fans at ground level to blow out at wall opposite of door, dries shed perfectly.
