It’s awful domestic violence, murder, crime, drinking and driving etc. Was a problem when your guys were in power as well. A disproportionate amount of criminality is contributed to a small sector of the population which in large part falls upon federal jurisdiction. This is wrong for everyone involved and you know full well. Have to fix the mess causing it first. They’re living breathing humans capable and intelligent like everyone else and should be treated as such.
So Premier Moe and Don McMorris are members of which small group responsible for a disproportionate amount of criminal drinking and driving convictions?
You must mean the group of Saskatchewan good ole boys who are irresponsible and should know better?
And Thatcher, which small group is he a member of? Convicted wife killers? A former member of political elite in Grant Devine's government. From which the list of those convicted of criminal fraud is long.
It still doesn't change the fact that The Sask Party and MLA Lyle Stewart invited the most notorious convicted wife killer in Saskatchewan's history to a throne speech and then said they want to get tough on crime. And their first reaction was to defend themselves.
They have all apologized but the damage has been done.
Can you imagine the shit storm that would have happened if the Sask Party government would have tried to deflect from their horrible week by telling everyone that the high domestic violence and crime rates in Saskatchewan are primarily a problem because of one highly visible minority?
If they would set a better example then maybe they would have some credibility.

We all thought it was a stupid idea. But chuck and the CBC just can’t grasp that and let it go. LOL

Just another example of how out of touch with reality and incompetent that the Sask Party is.
Even their dumbest supporters could have told them not to invite Colin Thatcher to a throne speech.
Their first answers were such an embarrassment that within a week they were all desperate to apologize.
I guess they didn't want to look stupider than Daniel Smith.

Even when everyone agrees with Glenn , he then argues with himself
Not unlike a 2 year old
No surprise he is banished to the day care center

And probably not coincidental with our own resident pot stirrer, he was an avowed communist as well. Union member from the west coast. We even found a copy of a communist manifesto in his shack, and old communist newspapers.
Different time and place, entering the workforce during the depression, working in logging camps back when workers really did have no rights. Starving on the farm in the summer. Not sure what Chuck's excuse is in 2022.

What spits in the eyes of rabid Marxists today is many “socialist†policies have been adopted and to remain relevant in their minds eye they have to take such an extreme stance on issues to differentiate themselves from the man.
