It all goes in to the system and you get credits or can you use power directly from your panels with no Sask Power involvement?

Who gets to pay the CO2 tax on all of the fossil fuel power stations which continue to operate on standby any time your imaginary solar panels are producing something?
Or does this CO2 produced by standby generation supplementing solar not cause climate change? Just like CO2 produced by forcing our manufacturing to China with prohibitive climate costs doesn't cause climate change.
