Not meant in any way to diminish the tragedy of those deaths. But you are aware that the official civilian death toll in Eastern Ukraine since 2014 when the civil war started, stands at 14,000. Where was your moral outrage for the last eight years? Or does your public outrage depend on the ethnicity of the casualties. Personally, I consider them all equally tragic, and preventable, and futile.
And I have no idea if either of those figures should be trusted, given the nature of the propaganda being put out by both sides.

That SOB Turdo said that, are you saying he is a liar? makes sense TURD has no morals.

First casualty of war is the truth. Nobody can prove any of the numbers.

We are NOT there in person, we have to believe someone , still it is BELIEVE.

Blindly, too many ordinary Germans BELIEVED the Nazis, and the country was destroyed.

Shame to wreck the country, see people killed, lived disrupted, for WHAT?

“Grygorii Tsekhmistrenko was from Ukraine, but was a Canadian citizen. He lived in Kinistino, Sask., for years with his parents before moving to Port Alice, B.C., on Vancouver Island, his father, Vitalii Tsekhmistrenko, told CBC News from Kyiv. "He wanted to build a house on the water after the war," his father said.”

Putin's missiles have been raining on Ukrainian cities for 11 months now, there were 40 Ukrainian civilians killed in an apartment just this Sunday.

Then of course you have to throw in the Nazi B.S., because we all know the only reason Putin invaded Ukraine is because he wanted to stop Nazism and save the world.

Yes it's a shame to see Ukraine destroyed and it's citizens killed along with 8 million displaced, but that hardly comes across from you and your fanboys using the line "first casualty of war is the truth"

              Thanks Case.

Heard that today as well. This brave Canadian sole is the 3rd Canadian to have died while fighting for Ukraine.

Does anybody have any figures on how many Canadians have died while supporting Putin's invasion of Ukraine?

Now the Ukrainians are using helicopters to take out schoolchildren and apartment buildings.

Definitely a part of the world that has suffered with some very corrupt political situations that you wonder why they put up with. Sometimes brutal like Stalin was.

It's like a part of the population thinks that is required to keep all the different factions under control.

                      Zelensky doesn't fit that style.
He is kind of rocking the boat?
Lots like to just float along they way it has been.
