What I’ve been reading in other chats some figure nations supplying Ukraine with arms are partaking in an inching strategy the same as Putin has been doing. Looks like they are dragging their feet but keeps Russia guessing how far they will go and in the dark about the capabilities of weapons. For as much as you would think adversaries would know what your weapons will do it isn’t always clear until they are actually used. Short of nuclear weapons Russia has thrown everything at Ukraine so I imagine nato has a good idea of the capabilities of Russian arms and if they haven’t already are working on means to defend against.
