    Absolutely Chuck.

They are the easiest places to do a deal.
Just have to establish the terms and who gets what.

How did the CWB manage that?
    Who got what?

Does it measure govt corruption because Canada would be well in the middle of the pack then, probably on par with plucky ol Ukraine. Two coke head leaders.

Even Billy Gates said Ukraine is the most corrupt country in the northern hemisphere and thats saying something.

Gee, reading the apologists here you would think 14th is now the same as #1.

Chuck thinks along the same lines as our health care system. 70% is good enough.

Fact is Canada has been falling in the index. We used to be in the top 10.

Seems trying to keep a single province happy all the time and power centered in the T-O-M corridor breeds a lot of corruption along the way.

Yes and Trump as President was doing business with one of the most corrupt countries in the list and was very friendly with dictator and now war criminal Putin. He believes everything Vlad says you know! LOL

But you seem quiet about that!

The hypocrisy and irony runs deep amongst the usual suspects.

While Quebec is closer to Turkmenistan, the rest of the country outside of the reserves is closer to Denmark.
Sure A5 how much business have you done with Quebec? Probably none.

And there is no corruption in western Canada? LOL

I know guys who work in the oil industry who say the opposite, that there is a lot of corruption and cronyism.

And what about Bill Boyd, a party insider, the Sask Party and the GTH land deals in and around Regina. They reaked with corruption.

                I like that one Chuck.

You don't smell that anywhere else?

You know guys who work in the oil industry, yeah right.

You have no clue how that industry even works, let alone anything in common with the people working in it.

You would have more friends if you left the province. Try Papineau or Burnaby.

Canada should be more like middle of the pack. Harper set up the ethics laws. Too bad he didn’t put teeth into them. He knew the liberals would fail time and again. Any sane country would allow one violation, and can the idiots in charge ASAP. But Canada? When half or more of the population actually reward corruption, well, it’s a lost cause.

"the last eight years, ... Canada, Nicaragua and Australia all experienced a significant deterioration."

Must be a coincidence that this period coincides with a leader named Trudeau who also happens to be a Liberal from Quebec.
