    So are there wind currents at higher elevations that travel opposing the prevailing wind pattern? Not calling bullshit as I don’t know much about metrology but when Japan launched incendiary balloons destined for North America they launched them from their northern islands and caught the jetstream to the intended destination. Launched from Midwest USA and ending up in the territories or Alaska is a hard to believe.
