Thought i'd let you all know that CPP sold all the 150,000 acres of farmand which they owned and as far as i can tell none of it was publicly tendered.
This was managed by Canterra Capital and the land was held as 101138678 SASKATCHEWAN LTD and at least 20,000 acres was bought by a farmland hedge fund Avenue living.
The Farmland Security Board publishes all transactions and for $20/search you could pull up the buy/sells in your RM and see if CPP sold land in your RM without tendering.
