So CBC put out this purposefully misleading graphic trying to disprove the fact that they are majority government funded. Scaled the left axis such that it looks like the opposite is true. And apparently non-cbc fans are smart enough to notice such disingenuous reporting.
But after that, we are all supposed to believe that everything else CBC does is completely honest and without bias.

So what is your point with regards to CBC? Yes all media is biased. Some is pure bs because of who keeps their lights on or what attracts viewers.

The Liberals don't have to tell the CBC what they want them to say and do.
They just have to set up the criteria for hiring to make sure they fill all the positions with like minded people.
Easily done now with equal and inclusive hiring the rule.
