Read it again and maybe a third time your understanding will improve? I doubt it, but give it a try. I will bold the most important words for you so that maybe you will have a break through?

    From the international Energy Agency

"Low-cost wind and solar PV are on course to displace an estimated 230 terawatt-hours (TWh) of expensive fossil fuel generation over the 2021-2023 period, helping to reduce wholesale electricity prices in all European markets. Without these capacity additions, the average wholesale price of electricity in the EU in 2022 would have been 8% higher, hurting consumers, businesses and government budgets"
It says right there in the article, low cost wind and solar, and expensive fossil fuel generation. What more evidence do we possibly need that Chuck is correct? Obviously the outcomes of places with more wind and solar paying the higher prices are incorrect, and not the models, theoretical assumptions and propaganda. After all, he has repeated this same statement multiple times in this same thread, what more evidence could we possibly need, if repeating it over and over again doesn't work?
Chuck even put those words in bold, making it doubly true. That definitely negates the real world results showing much higher prices resulting from wind and solar.

In the words of the illustrious Catherine Mckenna, "If you repeat it, if you say it louder, if that’s your talking point, people will totally believe it!”

I see you are back to claiming that science is something that you just have to believe in.

After all the discussions we had on this topic, I thought you finally understood the difference between science and religion. Hint, one requires believe, one requires proof.

But you don't think proof or evidence is enough either!

Nor do you provide any credible proof or evidence to backup you opinions.

This is priceless. The poster who put himself in charge of declaring what is and isn't a credible scientific organization, also thinks that science is something you have to believe in.

            Talk about a credibility problem.

Says the guy who thinks we need more CO2 in the atmosphere not less? Or that we need to burn coal to help make it rain? LOL

It's obvious you don't think climate science is valid or credible.

But you fail again and again to provide any science or evidence to back up your opinions! Give up.

They say a picture speaks a thousand words. The following picture illustrates the current state of the energy transition.
We are supposed to believe that that thin green line is going to power our entire societies within the next few years.

Still waiting for Chuck to answer my question about state of the art off-shore wind making power bills cheaper.

Just keep repeating the following, it makes it true:
low cost wind and solar, and expensive fossil fuel generation
