You bring up a valid point.
But I was referring to the Rube Goldberg contraption which Chuck envisions will supply our future energy needs. A Ponzi scheme which will require everyone borrowing their base load energy from everyone else because everyone will have sabotaged their reliable fossil fuel powered grids in favor of unreliables.
It will be the equivalent of the magician trying to keep countless plates spinning on top of sticks.

The flat earthers don't understand the carbon cycle nor do they think there is a problem with climate change.

In fact some think we should be adding more CO2 to the atmosphere because we are going to run low? LOL

When is chuck going to post his evidence to refute NASA that canada is carbon negative.

Or does he advocate Canada paying taxes to offset chinas emissions.

I'm sure he will explain that as soon as he finishes explaining how Alberta and Saskatchewan are going to follow his advice and use Manitoba hydro as back up our wind and solar, at the same time that Manitoba hydro follows his advice and quits building hydropower in favor of wind and solar.
I'm sure he's not avoiding either topic, just has been very busy doing research.

You’re a self proclaimed scholar, what’s the low level for CO2 for plant life ?
Hint , Was close in the late 1800’s

This whole charade was never about CO2 , it’s about a pure socialist wealth distribution scheme from the middle class to the impoverished.
What’s so bizarre is there very thing hard core socialists hate , is exactly who’s driving the whole train wreck. The very most wealthy people on the planet that will benefit from all this nonsense.

Ole George, Kerry and their insanely wealthy families and friends duped even the biggest smart a$$es in the meantime .
Zero of this will ever change climate, and they know it

The Impoverished will get a few crumbs to keep them voting for socialized looking governments but the real money will be going to the ones that know how to grease the big wheel .

This is an old thread but gives a great description of why big money is jumping on the bandwagon to get in on the conn:

Seems kind of wastfull to pay huge sums to pull plant food out of the air rather than just use it to grow something?

And the more CO2 there is, the more somethings that grow, which fix even more CO2.
It's almost as if mother nature had this whole carbon cycle thing being self-regulating all figured out.
In fact, I have read a theory that this self-regulation mechanism accounts for all of the supposed missing co2.
There is just a lag time before there is enough additional photosynthesis going on to take up the additional, which is why we see the small increases. But if we were to stop accelerating our increases (but continue emitting at a fixed rate), CO2 levels would flatline as nature adjusts to the new and improved normal.

Some are worried about what might happen if we get much above the red line.

Nice graph that should be shown at every elementary school 👍 , seriously.
It shows the absurdity of this whole carbon fiasco that way too many of our young people have zero clue about.

                              Interesting thoughts about C02…

Like… when you exhale C02…the level of C02 on the whole earth… rises…?

Of course not… it rises where release of C02 occurs… and declines where C02 is being absorbed.

Obviously C02 is not homogenous… the number is an average… with large percentages above and below the earthly average.

So exactly where on earth has C02 increased 20% over the past 50 years…???

CO2 as a greenhouse causation by itself…. Is obviously misleading and a fraud.

As the north of Canada warms… the tree line and vegetation capacity to absorb C02 increases exponentially… as the vegetation increases exponentially towards the north.

Now I hear complaints… that we are creating an existential threat to ocean levels…. Causing them to rise…Because we humans are pumping ground water to the surface, and into the air…irrigation, human consumption….and on and on…

As the atmosphere warms… it holds more water…. The earthly vegetation holds and contains more moisture and ground water …

Cherry picking certain perspectives…. To create hypothetical existential threats… is interesting speculation…. At best!

Very good points above… much more exploration of factual real life situations and examples of actual repeatable scientific analysis… are required.

                              Blessings and Peace!

Re-posting irrelevant the shite for brains graph of prehistoric CO2 as evidence that we shouldn't worry about human caused climate change is proof you don't have a clue about the science of climate change! Give up.

It's climate change denial fodder for climate change deniers, the other weak minded flat earthers!

Name one credible scientific organization that says human caused climate change is not happening or that it is not a serious threat to the planet and the environment.

You are going to come up with nothing again and again and again!

"CO2 levels are now comparable to the Pliocene Climatic Optimum, between 4.1 and 4.5 million years ago, when they were close to, or above 400 ppm. During that time, sea levels were between 5 and 25 meters higher than today offsite link, high enough to drown many of the world’s largest modern cities. Temperatures then averaged 7 degrees Fahrenheit higher than in pre-industrial times, and studies indicate offsite link that large forests occupied today’s Arctic tundra."
