Cue the unrelenting support for the carbon tax

Alberta's record on coal mining and cleaning up old oil wells is abysmal and shamefull.
The oil companies have billions of dollars of liability for cleaning up oil wells and are expecting taxpayers to pay for all the abandoned oil facilities? Private profit and socialism for the cleanup?
It's the take the money and run approach often favored by irresponsible conservatives.
Does anybody really trust Alberta's commitment to protecting the environment and protecting taxpayers from the oil industry's liabilities? Hell no! LOL

Now that the SCC has given Gilbert the slap down, I imagine all his other legislation like clean fuel standard and emissions cap will have to be redrawn as well.
And Ab is standing ready to challenge it all which hopefully gets us to an election. If commies get back in again and resurrect it all, then its Sovereignty Act time.
Someone explain to chuck that the oil patch is the only thing keeping up our loon. Without it, we are frozen Zimbabwe.
