Lilac is covered in flowers this year

My grandson and I are attempting to propagate especially nice lilacs from cuttings. We are using rooting agents from Dutch Growers.

Framed houses so I could buy a ranch and 25 years later I sold some yearlings so I could buy a framing tool, I guess I’ve come full circle. Having a man lift is almost cheating.

Got a bit too ambitious with getting my boom tip in the cradle .
extremely fortunate that I have a neighbour with a very well set up machine shop

We had it removed, cut, rewelded , painted and replaced within 4 hours.

We seem to be getting showers out of nowhere when non are forecast.
Different kind of weather than the past couple of yrs but no huge downpours yet.
