Just read that the Province is going to spend $65,000.00 in advertising to tell us that should not feel uncomfortable accepting the $400.00 !!!!!!!!!!

That would be funny,,,,,,,,,,if it was happening somewhere other than Canada.Sounds almost like a George W. idea ,,,,,,,,,,,,I heard a news clip the other night where George W. said "international terrorists are unrelenting in their quest to terrorize and injure American citizens and so are we" speaks as clear as Chrétien!
