Goodbye CAIS?

Harper own words last night(as near as I can remember them): CAIS has been a disaster and needs to be replaced with a better program. On top of that we need to seperate disaster funding from risk management.
I believe even Martin said CAIS needed some work? Too bad the Liberals haven't been listening ever since it came into effect?
Then Martin decided he would go "patriotic" and defend the CWB! Too bad he didn't tell us how come only the peasants in the prairies are too dumb to be trusted to sell their grain!
I found it interesting when Duceppe took Martin to task over defending supply management? Martin came across very wishy washy while Harper looked good defending supply management.

I don't know much about CWB but Harper did say he supports two options for marketing grain.
I felt Duceppe and Harper looked the best last night, Duceppe really took Martin to task over and over. Laytons continual vote pitching vs substance in his comments were disgusting, but then I find him like a little kid hollering 'pick me pick me' at the best of times.
