By Friday Oct. 28/2006 NG prices have posted some very impressive gains since the low in Sept.? They are quoting $7.86/ mmbtu which works out to close to $8/mcf? About a 45% increase?
NG continues to go into storage and without a cold winter in the USA we could see storage capacity approaching saturation levels by spring!
The trend for 2007 is iffy but long term looks very good with a maybe spike in late 2007/2008?
It is interesting to note that projections are for increased supply from the Canadian north and Alaska in about 6 years, but the prediction is the tarsands will use all of this increase!
Looks promising if you own some NG?
