David Core, founding President of The Canadian Alliance of Pipeline Landowners Association (CAPLA), will be in Alberta the first week of February 2007. He is making himself available that week if there are any groups that would like to have an update on annual compensation, abandonment or clean-up on pipelines.
David has worked across Canada assisting landowners with Pipeline negotiations. He said the reason he hasn’t been here before, is that he herd a rumor that in Alberta, they put Surface Rights Advocates in jail.
