While Dani throws the sink at the tyrants, Moe is going to Climate Conference on the offensive making Guillbeault and the Turd look ridiculous to the world and meanwhile back in Sask, Moe also announces that he is compiling hard numbers to show what the feds are costing our economy. Go Moe, it’s about time we found politicians with backbone.

Personally think the soft left and the non-political finally started realizing it was coming out of their wallet and the guy spending it all wasn't getting any value for it.
The hero was getting treated like a zero everywhere he went. All respect is gone.
Suddenly the other guy didn't look near as scary as they had been told.
Actually he seemed to be talking about stuff that was important to about everyone.
Recent poll by Nanos has LPC and NDP tied @22%
That has to have them looking at new directions in the LPC back room?Last edited by shtferbrains; Dec 2, 2023, 22:59.

The usual suspects seem more restless than normal!
Moe runs a large deficit. Thanks to potash, drought and crop insurance.
Danny runs a large surplus. Thanks to oil.
But neither are concerned about the cost of climate change thanks to oil?
And neither seem to be able fix healthcare problems even though they are directly responsible for the healthcare crisis!
Its better just to pick a fight with Ottawa and then quietly take all the federal funding that goes with various programs?

Ambulances waits due to not being able to leave hospital because no beds available to unload.Moe says more ambulances will be available soon.Guess hospitals will need bigger parking lots.100 bucks a year on my heating will never make a difference to me but not having ambulance availble sure might.

ERs are overwhelmed because there are not enough doctors to provide primary healthcare. So people who could easily treated by their family doctor are showing up in overcrowded ERs because there is no where else to go. And then there are seniors who are stuck in hospitals because there are not enough long term care beds.
The provinces are primarily responsible for the healthcare crisis because they are under funding primary healthcare and under funding education spaces for healthcare workers.

Canada falls short in several areas of health care in comparison to other OECD countries, report says
"Overall, Canada has 24.4 physicians for every 10,000 residents, leaving it lagging well behind the other nine OECD countries, the report says. Norway has the most, with 50.5 physicians for every 10,000 residents.
With fewer physicians in Canada, family doctors must step in to support other parts of the health system, including working in hospitals, which leaves less of the work force providing primary care.
Canada also earmarks 5.3 per cent of its total health budget for primary care, well below an average of 8.1 per cent among other OECD countries, the report says.
In addition, the report notes that Canada’s infant-mortality rate was 4.5 deaths for every 1,000 live births in 2020, the highest among the ten countries."
