That's why I'm so pleased that chuck took the bait and stepped on this steaming pile of dog excrement with his usual amount of bluster and bravado. You would think he would have learned to look before he leaps in with both feet, but no.

Chuck's chosen credible scientist Mann, who chuck now claims is well aware of the past historical climate variations, is the same scientist who was caught red handed erasing those same historical variations in climate with his hockey stick. He and his peers are bending over backwards to explain that the MWP didn't exist, or that it wasn't global, and countless other excuses as to why it was much warmer nearly a millenia ago, while their graphs show the opposite trend. He literally made it disappear in his hockey stick temperature reconstruction. But Chuck thinks he is aware of it, and can explain it.
How can he explain something which he simultaneously claims doesn't exist?
