And as an added bonus, thanks to their malicious destruction of their energy infrastructure, and the resulting high prices which have driven industry out of Germany, thereby lowering overall demand.
Germany has also been very successful at increasing the proportion of renewables, even without having to increase renewables generation.
Simply reduce the denominator, and the ratio improves without any changes to the numerator.
A real win win for the greens. Destroy industry and energy consumption with high prices until the meager remaining consumption matches the remaining unreliable expensive renewable energy. Then declare success at having increased the market share of renewables. Completely ignoring that all of the lost industry just moved to another region using coal power.
