So 55% of Germany's generation was from renewables in 2023 with a goal of 80% by 2030. Very impressive by any measure. German ingenuity and engineering at work. And all this during a huge war driven disruption in fossil energy supplies from Russia!

That makes the climate change deniers claims that renewables can't be a large part of the transition solution just more uninformed hogwash!

BL you should stick to telling us the earth is flat because that is your only area of "expertise" .

I know this is a concept too difficult for you to grasp, but if cloudy and calm it doesn't matter how many turbines and panels are up they aren't producing.

That's why they have other sources of generation to back them up.

But when the sun is shining and the wind is blowing and the biogas is flowing you have lots of renewable energy that in the case of Germany produced over 1/2 their generation in 2023!

You need to quit making your agenda so obvious.
Germany is deindustrializing before our very eyes.
Energy intensive businesses are going bankrupt or moving offshore daily.
              And you are celebrating this?
You consider Germany to be the poster child we should emulate?

Cheap Russian gas got shut off and the whole green farce evaporated. So much for decommissioning nuclear and coal plants.

Absolutely shows the whole entire farce of this whole debacle
CC should be absolutely embarrassed by his position as a “farmer”, but will never get it .
His “6000” ac farm is completely fuked as the rest of us if this coalition government stays in .
they can’t control the 100,000 acre guys so the family farm size now is so fuked cause we will be left hanging. And he / she / it is way too stubborn and completely ignorant to realize it .
absolutely sad but 100% fact , cause he / she / it is too worried about it’s neighbours with a diesel truck, a boat , a camper
and 10 more acres then him / she / it . It’s the most pathetic thing I have ever witnessed
